Breaking News: UAE lifts visa ban for Nigerian passport holders

The Federal Government has reached a landmark agreement with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to allow Nigerian passport holders to obtain visas for travel to the Arab nation.

The announcement, effective immediately, marks a significant development in Nigeria-UAE relations.

The Minister of Information, Mohammed Idris, revealed this pivotal decision on Monday while briefing State House correspondents following the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.

This new visa arrangement is expected to bolster tourism, business, and cultural exchange between Nigeria and the UAE, providing new opportunities for both nations.
