Protesters under the banner of the Take It Back Movement have taken to the streets of Lagos, kicking off a demonstration on Monday morning.
The protest, which is currently underway, is aimed at demanding better governance, economic reforms, and an end to hardship faced by ordinary Nigerians.

Participants can be seen marching peacefully with placards bearing various messages critical of current economic policies. Security operatives have also been spotted monitoring the procession.
