The Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria (ASCSN) is the latest organisation to pledge support to the anti-corruption drive of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
This came as Comrade Tommy Etim Okon, National President of the union, during a visit to the headquarters of the EFCC on Tuesday, said ASCSN was prepared to partner the Commission in its economic and financial crimes prevention campaign.
According to him, they were at the Commission to look for areas in which to collaborate with the EFCC in the fight against economic and financial crimes and “live up to the statement made by His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, that if we don’t kill corruption, corruption will kill Nigeria”.
Lamenting the high wave of cybercrime in Nigeria, Comrade Okon said there was need to inculcate the value of integrity in school children.
