Afrobeats star Davido paid a heartfelt tribute to his late son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, by wearing cufflinks engraved with the boy’s image during his wedding to Chioma Rowland in Miami, United States.
In a photo shared on his Instagram Story on Sunday, August 10, 2025, the singer displayed the customised accessory, drawing emotional reactions from fans and well-wishers who praised him for keeping his son’s memory close on such an important occasion.
Ifeanyi died in October 2022 at the age of three in a drowning incident at the family’s Lagos home, a tragedy that attracted nationwide sympathy and condolences from across the music industry.

Davido has previously honoured his son through fashion. In 2024, he unveiled a diamond pendant worth about $250,000, designed with Ifeanyi’s portrait.
Chioma has also memorialised their son, wearing a tattoo of his name on her wrist as a permanent tribute.
