Socialite and businessman Emeka Okonkwo, popularly known as E-Money, has congratulated comedian and livestreamer Carter Efe after his victory over controversial singer Portable, also confirming his pledge of N50 million to the winner.
Carter Efe emerged victorious in the celebrity boxing clash held early Saturday, with all three judges scoring the bout 27–30 in his favour.
The result at the “Chaos in the Ring 4” event, staged at Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, marked the end of Portable’s brief reign as celebrity boxing champion.
Following the bout, E-Money reiterated his promise when approached by Balmoral Group Promotions CEO, Ezekiel Adamu.
“You know we put our money where our mouth is, and so congratulations Carter on your win. N50 million for you,” he said.
