Professor Charles Quaker Dokubo, a former Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) is dead.
According to multiple sources, Dokubo died at 70 in a yet to be disclosed hospital in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), on the night of Wednesday, August 24, 2022.
