Telecommunications provider Glo Nigeria has issued an apology to its customers over a persistent network failure affecting data services nationwide.
The company communicated the apology on Tuesday via its official Facebook page, acknowledging the disruption and assuring subscribers that efforts are underway to restore connectivity.
“We know how frustrating it can be when your data services are interrupted. Our engineers are working hard to restore nationwide connectivity as quickly as possible,” the post read.
Glo urged customers to remain patient while the technical teams address the issue, adding: “Thank you for your patience and trust in Glo.”

The ongoing outage comes amid growing concerns from subscribers relying on mobile data for work, education, and communication.
Glo has not provided a specific timeline for when services will be fully restored.
