IBI: Lt Cdr Ibrahim establishes mgtcreativity Centre in Yola

IBI, a Centre for creativity and management, which will be a premiere source of business and management knowledge, training and event centre, has been established in Yola, Adamawa State.

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IBI, Lt Cdr Ibrahim Baba-Inna (rtd) during the centre’s commissioning addressed invited guests by stating its purpose.

He said the centre will serve as an environment where ideas, and innovations can be stimulated.

According to him the centre will be one of the education model that will inspire, motivate and Foster progress, to create work cultures that cultivate creativity, productivity and freedom.

The centre was commissioned today by his mother, Khadijah Baba Inna (Mami), who was the guest of honour, and described as a living legend, an idea behind who he is today.

IBI is located at the Yola NIPOST along Aminu Mustapha way, Jimeta Yola and it will ambitiously unleash the full potentials of individuals, organizations and families to live fulfilled and extraordinary lives.

While explaining the vision of the organization, which is armed to enrich learning, develop mental skills and become an outstanding icon in the human capacity development sector Ibrahim Said the Yola centre is one of Abuja’s creativity hubs.

He said the mission of IBI in Yola is to deliver specific trainings, career development programmes, an excellent event centre and customized solutions to increase professional learning, optimizing individual, group and organizational performance.

Ibrahim mentioned that the target goal is to provide clients with safe, reliable and cost effective services and to provide knowledge, skills and a conducive learning environment necessary for their careers.

“We are to provide a complete range of programs through constant curriculum development with the use of technology and a highly qualities team of trainers. And to improve our position through innovation and creative service delivery, rapid adaptability and precise response to clients’ needs,” Ibrahim said.

Ibrahim while taking guests round the edifice, said it has a sitting capacity of over 400 people, ample parking space, an in-house catering services for people’s convenience and uninterrupted power supply.

“It’s a centre for wealth creation and investment training, a centre for inspiring and entertaining youngsters, an education and challenging centre for all people,” Ibrahim said.

Managing Director of IBI, Mr Stephen Adeleye, while welcoming invited guests, said the centre has an endless possibilities where co-working space, virtual office space, green screen, background space and podcasting space services will be available for all people to access.

Mr Adeleye further said that IBI is well equipped with personality development, leadership development, skills development, public speaking development technoprenuer and entrepreneurship development.

“We will be rendering skills acquisition, seminar and training, it will serve as resource centre, event and conference halls , mentoring and Coaching master classes.

“The place will also be a digital hub, a start up hub, SDGs hub, games hub and books hub,” Adeleye said.
