Independent National Electoral Commission, on Wednesday, issued certificates of return to governors-elect and their deputies.
INEC had in a statement on Saturday said it would issue the certificates of return to every candidate who has been returned elected from March 29 to 31 as mandated by the law.
The governorship elections were held on March 18 in 28 states of the Federation.
The presentation took place at INEC’s state offices across the country.
