Nollywood actress, Ini Dima-Okojie, has announced the birth of her baby boy while celebrating her birthday.
In a heartfelt post shared on her Instagram page on Wednesday, the actress revealed that she chose to mark this year’s birthday differently by sharing a photo taken on the day her son was born instead of her usual birthday photoshoot.
According to her, becoming a mother has transformed her life in ways she never imagined, describing motherhood as the most humbling, challenging, and rewarding role she has ever undertaken.
Ini said the past few weeks have been beautiful, overwhelming, exhausting, and fulfilling as she adjusts to life with her newborn son, whom she described as “the cutest boy with the sweetest dimples.”

Reflecting on her journey, the actress noted that caring for her child has revealed strengths she never knew she possessed and given her a deeper appreciation for mothers everywhere.
She admitted that the realities of the newborn phase were more demanding than she expected but added that she would not trade the experience for anything.
Expressing gratitude, Ini thanked God for entrusting her with the responsibility of raising her son and appreciated fans, family, and well-wishers for their prayers, support, and kindness throughout the new chapter of her life.
“Today, I celebrate another year of life, but even more than that, I celebrate the privilege of being his mum. Happy birthday to me,” she wrote.
The announcement has since attracted congratulatory messages from colleagues, friends, and fans across social media.
