Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu, who chairs the Constitution Review Committee, will preside over the meeting.
Goodwill messages are expected from Speaker Abbas Tajudeen, while President Bola Tinubu will deliver a keynote address in his capacity as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces.
