Iran has firmly ruled out any negotiations with the United States while Israeli military attacks on its territory persist, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on Friday.

In an interview with state TV broadcast, Araghchi revealed that Washington had made repeated overtures for dialogue but emphasized that Tehran would not engage in talks under current conditions.

“The Americans have repeatedly sent messages calling seriously for negotiations. But we have made clear that as long as the aggression does not stop, there will be no place for diplomacy and dialogue,” Araghchi stated.

The foreign minister is scheduled to travel to Geneva for discussions with European officials as diplomatic efforts to de-escalate the conflict continue.
