Iyanya has released a heartfelt tribute to the people of Benue State, following the series of deadly attacks linked to herdsmen in the region.
The artist responded with a song after reports confirmed that over 200 people were brutally killed in Yelewata, a community in Guma Local Government Area.
In the video shared on X, Iyanya said, “I want to dedicate this song to all people of Benue State. It’s trying time for the whole country because we all share your pain.”
He continued, “I pray God comforts everybody who lost a friend or brother, mother, father, family member. God will intervene.”

Iyanya used the song to offer comfort and call for faith in difficult moments. In his words, he encouraged the people not to lose hope in God’s power to bring peace and healing.
His caption under the post read, “We are praying for the people of Benue.”
