The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has established a Candidate Counseling Emergency Support Centre (CCESC) to provide immediate assistance to candidates of the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
Announcing the development on its verified X (formerly Twitter) handle on Friday from Abuja, JAMB emphasized that while the new emergency support centre is now available, its primary ticketing platform remains the most efficient way for candidates to communicate with the board.
The CCESC team includes officials Gbenga, Yusuf, Dubem, Tony, Ogbonna, and Emma, who can be reached on the dedicated hotline: 07002200016.

JAMB urged candidates to prioritize the ticketing system on its official website (www.jamb.gov.ng) by selecting Quicklinks > Ticketing/Support.
Candidates must authenticate their registration number to access services such as exam rewrite support, slip printing issues, centre problems, and exam clash resolutions.
This initiative aims to ensure timely and effective responses, enhancing candidate experience ahead of the upcoming UTME exams.
