Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic is set to miss action until well into the new year after the club confirmed on Monday that the Serbia international suffered a groin injury during Saturday’s 2-1 Serie A win over Cagliari.
Vlahovic was forced off the field in the first half in Turin, and tests conducted on Monday revealed a “high-grade injury” to a muscle in his left groin. The club said further medical consultations are needed to determine the most appropriate course of treatment.
Italian media reports indicate that Vlahovic is unlikely to return before February 2026.

The 25-year-old striker has scored six goals for Juventus this season, with three in Serie A and three in the Champions League. He had recently reclaimed his position as the starting centre-forward after the club attempted to offload him in the summer. Vlahovic’s contract is set to expire at the end of the season.
Under the management of former Italy coach Luciano Spalletti, Juventus currently sit seventh in Serie A, five points behind leaders AC Milan and Napoli.
