President Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday, expressed disappointment with the manner in which suspected Boko Haram terrorists attacked Kuje prison in the Federal Capital Territory.
Buhari, who spoke during his visit to the facility, blamed the situation on a failure of intelligence.
He wondered how terrorists were able to “attack a security installation and get away with it.”
