MTN Restores Services After Network Disruption In Enugu

MTN Nigeria has announced the restoration of its network services in parts of Enugu State after a disruption left some customers unable to access its services on Monday.

The telecommunications company confirmed the development on Tuesday through a post by MTN Support Services, while apologising to subscribers who were affected by the outage.

“Service Restored!
We sincerely apologise for the challenges experienced yesterday with our services in parts of Enugu State.
“The issue has been resolved, and services are fully restored,” the company said.

MTN also asked customers who may still be experiencing connectivity problems to restart their devices to allow them reconnect to the network.

“Still having issues? Please restart your device to reconnect,” it added.

The company thanked its customers for their patience and understanding during the disruption.
