Ned Nwoko Urges APC Members to Embrace Electronic Registration Exercise

Senator Ned Nwoko has called on members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) across Delta North Senatorial District and Delta State to actively participate in the party’s ongoing electronic membership registration and revalidation exercise, describing it as a critical moment for renewal and grassroots strengthening.

In a statement shared via his X (formerly Twitter) account on Tuesday, the senator stressed that the success of any political party depends largely on the strength and credibility of its grassroots structures. He noted that accurate membership records, inclusive participation, and transparent internal processes are essential for building trust, effective leadership, and electoral success.

“The electronic registration and revalidation exercise offers an opportunity for both longstanding members and new entrants to formally affirm their commitment to the values and future of our party,” Nwoko said. He encouraged party loyalists who have supported the APC over the years but are yet to be captured in official records to take advantage of the exercise and be properly counted.

The senator also welcomed new members who are drawn to the APC’s agenda for national renewal and economic reform, describing the process as a lawful and clear pathway to meaningful political participation.

Beyond party administration, Nwoko framed the exercise as part of a broader democratic responsibility, emphasizing that strong institutions, unity of purpose, and active citizen engagement are vital to sustainable development and democratic growth in Nigeria.

Reaffirming his political alignment, Nwoko pledged continued support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the APC leadership, expressing confidence that collective efforts within the party would help consolidate democracy, deepen governance reforms, and drive development across Delta North and the country at large.

The APC’s electronic registration and revalidation exercise is currently ongoing nationwide, aimed at updating party records and strengthening its internal democratic processes ahead of future political engagements.
