No More Trouble, I Just Need Money — Portable After Bail

Contentious street-hop artist Habeeb Okikiola, fondly called Portable, has promised to embrace a new path after securing bail.

The Isabo Magistrate Court in Abeokuta, Ogun State, granted the singer a ₦2 million bail on the 20th of February,2025, after he pleaded not guilty to a five-count charge, which included assault, conspiracy, illegal possession of weapons, and disorderly conduct.

Portable was brought before the court by the Ogun State police following allegations that he attacked three officials from the Ogun Planning and Development Permit Authority (OGPDPA).

After his release, the singer took to social media to express gratitude and declare his new focus on financial stability. Speaking in Yoruba, he said, “My people, thank God for everything. With God, you have everything. I need money now; no more trouble. My focus is on making money. I still have to settle my ₦2 million bail, so I need more money.”
