Osimhen on Target as Galatasaray Beat Samsunspor 2-0

Galatasaray continued their push for the Turkish Super Lig title with a commanding 2-0 away win over Samsunspor on Friday night, thanks to goals from Akung Y. and star striker Victor Osimhen.

The visitors started strongly and were rewarded in the 14th minute when Akung Y. broke the deadlock with a precise finish, giving Galatasaray early control of the game.

Right after the break, it was Osimhen who made the difference yet again. Just a minute into the second half, in the 46th minute, the Nigerian forward doubled the lead with a clinical strike that left the goalkeeper with no chance.

It was a goal that not only secured the three points but also intensified the race for the league’s Golden Shoe.
