A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, on Thursday morning, struck out a suit seeking to disqualify the Osun State Governor and All Progressives Congress candidate, Adegboyega Oyetola, from re-contesting the governorship.
The Osun governorship election is scheduled for this Saturday.
