The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, will today, October 5, 2025, lead a solemn national intercession for the peace, unity, and divine progress of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The prayer session, according to the church, is aimed at seeking God’s intervention in the nation’s challenges and reaffirming collective faith in Nigeria’s unity and destiny.
Pastor Adeboye, who has consistently called for prayers for the country, is expected to lead millions of worshippers across various RCCG branches nationwide in the intercession.

The event comes at a time when the nation continues to grapple with economic, security, and social challenges, with many Nigerians turning to faith-based solutions for hope and renewal.
Church authorities said the intercession would emphasize national healing, reconciliation, and divine direction for leaders at all levels of government.
