Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Abuja Zonal Directorate on Tuesday, July 17, arrested 17 suspected internet fraudsters in Abuja.
According to a statement by the EFCC on Tuesday, the suspects were apprehended at Mararaba area of Nasarawa state following credible intelligence about their suspected involvement in internet-related crime.
Items recovered from them include five cars, 20 phones and four laptops.

The EFCC stated that the suspects will soon be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
