The Special Intelligence Squad (SIS) of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has intercepted an illegal operation aimed at siphoning 20,000 litres of crude oil in Uzuaku, in the Ukwa West Local Government Area of Abia State.
The suspects illegally accessed a pipeline by installing a switch valve on a trunk line that lies beneath a railway track.
