The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has dismissed reports circulating about an alleged recruitment exercise, describing them as false and misleading.
In a statement shared on the NPF ‘s Facebook page on Sunday night, the Force urged Nigerians to disregard the claims, stressing that no recruitment is currently taking place.
The Police further advised members of the public to verify all information relating to the Force only through its official website and verified social media platforms.

“For accurate and verified information, always refer to the official communication channels of the Nigeria Police Force, which are available on all major social media platforms as well as our official website,” the statement read.
The NPF also warned against falling victim to fraudulent schemes often disguised as recruitment opportunities, assuring that any genuine exercise would be widely publicised through its official outlets.
