The Nigeria Police Force, Zone One Command, Kano, has declared a 37-year-old man, Usman Ibrahim, wanted over alleged criminal conspiracy, cheating, criminal misappropriation and conduct likely to cause a breach of public peace.
Ibrahim, whose occupation was listed as unknown, is dark-complexioned, with a round face and black eyes, according to the police bulletin.
The bulletin was made available to journalists on Tuesday by the Zone One Police Command Public Relations Officer, Hussaini Abdullahi.
The police said Ibrahim’s last known address was No. 14, Layin Jaji-Majigama, Nasarawa Local Government Area of Kano State.
The bulletin, issued under the authority of the Inspector-General of Police, directed members of the public with information about Ibrahim’s whereabouts to report to the nearest police station or the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone One, Kano.

“The wanted notice was issued in reference to Force Directive CID No. 48, which provides details of rewards for information leading to the arrest of persons declared wanted under the directive.
“The police urged anyone who sees Ibrahim to facilitate his arrest and hand him over to the nearest police station or the Assistant Inspector-General of Police, Zone One, Kano,” the statement said.
The bulletin listed the alleged offences against him as criminal conspiracy, cheating, criminal misappropriation and conduct likely to cause a breach of public peace.
