After a heated exchange that rattled the music scene, controversial hip-hop artist Portable has publicly extended an olive branch to Fuji icon, King Saheed Osupa.
The dramatic fallout stemmed from a copyright dispute that saw Osupa’s team take down Portable’s song from major streaming platforms.
The rift began when Portable incorporated a line from Osupa’s track, triggering a takedown request from the Fuji maestro’s camp.
Outraged by the move, Portable lashed out, branding Osupa as “big for nothing” a remark that swiftly ignited backlash from fans and critics alike.
Now, in a turn of events, the fiery singer has softened his stance. In a heartfelt video shared on Instagram, Portable admitted to being temperamental and expressed deep regret for his words.

“My fans, I’m a hot-tempered person. I have said my mind, and it has ended. My fans, please forgive me. King Saheed Osupa, Oba Orin, please don’t be offended.
“It’s money that causes fights. It’s money that destroys sibling relationships and causes conflicts between father and son. It was music money that caused our fight because when I went to collect money for the song, I was told it had been removed from streaming platforms. Please, my daddy, forgive me and adopt me as your child,” he pleaded.
With this public plea, will Osupa grant him the forgiveness he seeks? Only time will tell.
