Protest in Rivers as police kill Keke NAPEP driver over N100 bribe

 For refusing to offer a bribe of N100, a Keke NAPEP driver identified as Schoolboy, has allegedly been gunned down by policemen at Rukpoku area of Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital.

The alleged killing, which came on the heels of the EndSARS protest and ongoing judicial panel to settle cases of police brutality, sparked fresh riot along the Airport Road on Thursday.

Angry youths and colleagues of the Keke driver were said to have taken over the Airport Road to protest the incident, which occured at 7am on Thursday.
