Actress Regina Daniels has responded to criticism over her earlier comments about having numerous boyfriends before her marriage to Ned Nwoko.
In a recent Instagram post, Daniels clarified that her past relationships were purely platonic, not physical.
Her initial remarks stirred debate after she revealed she had 20 male friends who supported her needs before meeting her husband.
She further explained that she married Nwoko as a virgin, countering circulating rumors.
Daniels highlighted that her intent was to teach young girls about setting boundaries in relationships, stressing that accepting help from male friends doesn’t mean they owe them anything physically.
Via her Instagram handle she wrote: “Hey everyone I want to clarify the 20 boyfriends solely to soothe my husband and also educate young girls that having several male/boy friends willing to do things for you doesn’t mean you owe them your body. And oh yes. I did have a lot but I made a promise to keep my virginity till my marriage. And guess what? I did!!!. It’s a big flex.
