Robin van Persie Appointed Feyenoord Head Coach

Former Arsenal and Manchester United striker Robin van Persie has been officially named the new head coach of Feyenoord, sealing an agreement with the Dutch club on Thursday.

Van Persie, who enjoyed a stellar playing career with Feyenoord before making his mark in the Premier League, has accepted the role as he steps into full-time management.

The Dutchman, known for his technical brilliance and goal-scoring prowess, previously worked as an assistant coach at Feyenoord and has now been entrusted with leading the club forward.

This is coming barely two days after the team progressed to the round of 16 the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night.

Feyernood defeat AC Milan at home the first leg and drew away in the second leg with a 2:1 aggregate to qualify for the UCL next round.
