All the seven ministerial nominees of the President Muhammadu Buhari scheduled to undergo screening and confirmation, on Wednesday, got the Senate’s nod.
The nominees included Henry Ikechukwu Ikoh – Abia State; Umana Okon Umana – Akwa Ibom State; Ekumankama Joseph Nkama- Ebonyi State; and Goodluck Nanah Opiah – Imo State.
Other ministerial nominees who got the Senate’s confirmation are Umar Ibrahim El-Yakub – Kano State; Ademola Adewole Adegoroye – Ondo State; and Odum Udi – Rivers State.
The lawmakers went into the screening of the ministerial nominees after attending to Ekwermadu’s matter as stated in the order paper of the day.
