“I am here to activate the registration. We made it on this Valentine’s Day to show love to all our people. APC is about empowerment and President Buhari is funding empowerment of Nigerians through my office on agro-allied businesses.
“We are also having the second phase of the empowerment of Nigerians, who are willing to expand the food production process in the country.
Senator Enang charged his constituents, especially those of voting age to actively participate in the process, to become full party members,
“I call on Ibiono Ibom people, all Akwa Ibomites, men and women, young and old to seize the opportunity of becoming card-carrying members of our great party.
“APC is the biggest and strongest party and led by the most transparent and honoured leader in Africa, President Muhammadu Buhari,” he said.
Enang, thanked the national leadership of the party for considering an Akwa Ibom son, Senator John James Akpan Udoedehe as the interim secretary of the national working committee.
In his remarks, the chairman, APC Registration and Revalidation Panel for Akwa Ibom State, Senator Abubakar Geiri, stated that President Buhari was the leader of the masses.

Senator Geiri who was flanked by the Secretary of the Panel, Hon. Sheriff Banki, pointed out that the process was a foundation for APC to take over the government of Akwa Ibom State in 2023.
“Presidency is coming back to the South. I have the permission of Mr President to say so.
“Ita Enang is one of our most able leaders in this country. We must register enmass and vote enmass for the party so that the South can produce the next president. APC is taking over this state in 2023,” he emphasized.
The event which was attended by the Akwa Ibom State APC Caretaker Chairman, Dr. Ita Udosen, the State Exco members, 31 chapter chairmen, and the chair of chairs for the 329 wards witnessed distribution of ‘made in Akwa Ibom rice’ to cover all the wards in the state.
