Music executive Soso Soberekon has offered singer Peter Okoye ₦500 million to face his twin brother, Paul Okoye, in a boxing bout.
Soberekon reportedly made the proposal during a nightclub outing, challenging Peter to take his longstanding differences with Paul to the ring.
The development comes amid another public fallout between the Okoye brothers, who became household names across Africa as P-Square before their first major split in 2017.
After the breakup, Peter pursued a solo career as Mr P, while Paul continued as Rudeboy. The twins reconciled in November 2021 and briefly revived P-Square, but the reunion collapsed in August 2024 when Paul confirmed another split.

Their latest dispute has involved their elder brother, Jude Okoye, and extended beyond music into public exchanges over the group’s affairs.

Soberekon’s reported ₦500 million proposal now adds an unusual twist to the saga, with the music executive suggesting a boxing match between the twins.
Peter’s acceptance of the offer has not been confirmed, and no date, venue or formal arrangements for a bout have been announced.
The proposed fight therefore remains an offer, not a confirmed boxing event.
