Manchester United Manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has expressed his disappointment over his team’s poor performance in their Europa League 1-1 draw match against AC Milan on Thursday night.
Manchester United blew victory late on and allowed AC Milan to grab a potentially crucial away goal in their Europa League last-16 tie.
Speaking after the game, Solskjaer said that his side fell too deep, allowing their opponent to take too many advantages.
“We dropped too deep in the box so the structure, there’s a yard or two deep from everyone, really,”
“Of course, you’re always disappointed when you concede a goal in that manner,” Solskjaer said.
The Red Devil will be hoping to book their quarter-final ticket, when they will go to San Siro next week in what will be hardtack for the United side.
