Some Yoruba traditional worshippers were on Saturday spotted at the Yoruba nation protest in Ojota, Lagos.
The group, who appeared in white regalia, were also calling for Yoruba nation with traditional songs during the protest. Police operatives could not touch or teargas them.
One of them said “Oodua nation has come to stay, adding that Yoruba must be liberated”.
Meanwhile, police had dispersed some people believed to be protesters from Ibadan, who came to join other protesters at the freedom park in Ojota.
