President Bola Tinubu on Thursday, June 25, 2026, joined family members, associates and political allies in celebrating Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, as the two public officials marked their birthdays.Sanwo-Olu turned 61, while Gbajabiamila clocked 64.
In messages commemorating the occasions, the President acknowledged the contributions of both men to public administration and the country’s democratic development, describing them as experienced leaders who have devoted significant years to serving the nation.
Tinubu noted that Sanwo-Olu has remained at the forefront of efforts to drive growth and development in Lagos since assuming office as governor, overseeing programmes and initiatives aimed at improving critical sectors of the state’s economy and public services.
