The Lagos State chapter of the All Progressives Congress has praised President Bola Tinubu for what it described as his commitment to inclusive governance, national unity, and merit-driven leadership.
In a statement on Tuesday, September 2, the party’s publicity secretary, Seye Oladejo, said Tinubu’s approach to governance had raised the standard for participatory leadership in Nigeria.
“President Bola Tinubu is building a Nigeria where every citizen, regardless of tribe, tongue, or faith, feels seen, heard, and valued,” Oladejo stated.
He argued that in a world where democracies are increasingly divided, Tinubu’s leadership showed that unity could be built through opportunity, fairness, and shared responsibility rather than slogans.
According to Oladejo, the administration’s cabinet is one of the most diverse in Nigeria’s history, reflecting gender balance, youth inclusion, and equitable representation across the six geopolitical zones.
He pointed to the President’s decision to appoint individuals from opposition parties, civil society, and the private sector as proof that governance under Tinubu prioritised progress over partisanship.

“This inclusive strategy has fostered collaboration, idea-driven policymaking, and renewed public trust. It sends a clear message: Nigeria belongs to all of us,” he added.
Oladejo also highlighted the involvement of young people, noting that several appointees under 40 were now holding strategic positions in key areas such as technology, entertainment, renewable energy, and the digital economy.
“In appointing the younger generation, the administration is not only recognising their potential but also empowering them to shape the Nigeria of the future,” he said.
On infrastructure, Oladejo cited projects such as the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, the Port Harcourt-Maiduguri Rail Line, and the Kaduna Dry Port as evidence of the government’s vision of shared prosperity.
He urged Nigerians to continue backing the administration, stressing that Tinubu had shown leadership that went beyond ethnic, religious, or partisan lines.
“We call on all Nigerians to support this administration as it continues to lead with purpose, fairness, and vision,” Oladejo said.
