President Muhammadu Buhari has sent names of seven ministerial nominees to the Senate for confirmation.
The names were contained in a letter he sent to the lawmakers on Tuesday.
The nominees are: Henry Ikechukwu – Abia State, Umana Okon Umana – Akwa-Ibom State; Ekuma Joseph – Ebonyi State; Goodluck Nana Obia – Imo State; Umar Ibrahim Yakub – Kano State; Ademola Adewole Adegorioye – Ondo State; Odo Udi – Rivers State.
Recall that some members of Buhari’s cabinet members resigned their positions to contest the All Progressives Congress’s election primaries for the 2023 general elections.
