The National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), led by Tanimu Turaki (SAN) and supported by the party’s governors, has commenced a fresh reconciliation process aimed at resolving conflicts among aggrieved factions.
Turaki, speaking to reporters in Abuja on Wednesday, said the effort, which started last night and continued into Wednesday morning, is already showing progress.
He stated, “I can confirm that leaders of both sides, as of today, are working towards solutions. So reconciliation is ongoing, and all hope is not lost.

From last night, those who are benefiting from this crisis and who do not wafnt reconciliation work have been shut out.
So from that time till this morning, both sides are making some progress.”
Turaki also cautioned party supporters to exercise restraint to avoid undermining the ongoing reconciliation efforts.
