A two-story suspended building that collapsed on Thursday at 7th Avenue, Gwarinpa in the nation’s capital, Abuja, has been said to have killed two persons and trapped many others.
It was reported that at least seven persons had been saved.
Mukhtar Galadima, director of the Federal Capital Territory Administration’s Department of Development Control, verified the occurrence.
Since then, the area has been blocked off by security police and emergency personnel as part of rescue efforts.
