Popular Nollywood actress and entrepreneur, Iyabo Ojo, has revealed that her Lagos office was engulfed by fire on Tuesday evening.
Sharing the incident on her Instagram page, Ojo stated that the fire broke out at about 7 p.m. on July 8, affecting a significant portion of the building.
“This just happened today, the 8th of July 2025, around 7pm. My office building caught fire,” she wrote alongside a video showing the aftermath of the blaze.
While the extent of the damage is yet to be fully assessed, the actress confirmed that no lives were lost.
She expressed gratitude to the Lagos State Fire Service and her staff for their quick intervention in containing the situation.

“Thank you to the Lagos State Fire Service and my staff for salvaging what was left. Thankfully, no lives were lost. The devil tested us today, but God said no,” she added.
Ojo, known for her resilience and optimism, assured her fans that she remains undeterred by the setback.
“With God on my side, we will bounce back bigger and better,” she said.
