“You Have Become Politically Atrophied” — Sowore Fires At Kwankwaso Over 2027 Politics

Human rights activist and former presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore has taken a swipe at former Kano State governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso over political discussions ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In a strongly worded statement posted on social media Tuesday, Sowore criticised Kwankwaso over claims relating to who he may align with politically in 2027, suggesting that the former governor was no longer in control of his political decisions.

“Mr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, if your ‘daughter’ now has to tell you who to work for in 2027, then perhaps she, who obviously knows better than you according to your own postulation, should be the one running for President,” Sowore stated.

The African Action Congress, AAC, leader further described Kwankwaso as “politically atrophied,” accusing the former NNPP presidential candidate of losing political direction.

Sowore also ended the post with the remark, “Liars shall not make heaven,” alongside the hashtag “#AACOurParty.”

The exchange comes amid growing political conversations and speculations over alliances, endorsements and possible coalitions ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

Kwankwaso has yet to officially respond to Sowore’s comments.
