The All Progressives Congress has announced the commencement of the sale of expression of interest forms ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The ruling party made the disclosure in a statement shared on its verified X handle on Tuesday, February 3.
According to the statement, female aspirants, youths, and persons living with disabilities will pay for the expression of interest form alongside 50 per cent of the stipulated nomination fees for their respective positions.
The party explained that the existing zoning arrangement for offices within the National Working Committee across states and geopolitical zones will remain in force.
It also stated that state and senatorial executives’ congresses would take place simultaneously with state congresses.

The APC, however, announced that Ekiti, Osun, Rivers, and the Federal Capital Territory will not take part in the ward, local government, and state congresses.
“They will, however, participate in the election of three delegates to the national convention,” the party said.
The statement added that all forms would be completed online, noting that access to both expression of interest and nomination forms would only be granted after payment verification and validation by the party’s National Secretariat.
“All payments should be made in full directly into the designated bank accounts of the All Progressives Congress (APC),” the statement said.
