Condolences Pour in for Slain Arise TV Journalist Sommie Maduagwu

Tributes continue to flow following the tragic killing of Miss Sommie Maduagwu, a rising broadcast journalist with Arise Television, who reportedly died following an armed robbery attack in her Abuja apartment.

The shocking incident has left the media community and the wider public reeling with grief.

Among those who expressed deep sorrow was Mr. Sonny Iroche, who, alongside his wife Suzanne, issued a heartfelt condolence message on Tuesday. In his statement, Iroche described Maduagwu as a promising professional whose life and career were marked by passion, dedication, and potential.

“It is with deep sorrow that my wife and I, together with other Nigerians, received the heartbreaking news of the brutal killing of Miss Sommie Maduagwu,” the statement read.
