The Nigeria and Entrepreneurship: Summit & Honors (NESH) Foundation has celebrated four distinguished Nigerian entrepreneurs who have demonstrated decades of integrity, enterprise, and nation-building through their business journeys.
The honourees — Mr. Emmanuel Umenwa, Prof. Poly I. Emenike, MON, Chief (Sir) Simeon Eyisi, KSM, KSG, and Prince Dr. Samuel Adedoyin, OFR — were recognised across four separate events held in Lagos over the past week, marking major personal and corporate milestones.
NESH Founder Mr. Emeka Ugwu-Oju described the entrepreneurs as exemplary figures who built globally respected companies “from humble beginnings while upholding ethical business practices and avoiding ostentatious lifestyles.”
Umenwa Celebrated at 60 as Geneith Pharmaceuticals Marks 25 Years

On Saturday, December 6, 2025, industry leaders gathered at Orchid Hotel, Lekki, to celebrate Mr. Emmanuel Umenwa, Founder and CEO of Geneith Pharmaceuticals Ltd, as he turned 60 and his company marked 25 years.
Notable guests included PSN President, Pharm. Tanko Ibrahim Ayuba, former PSN President Pharm. Sam Ohuabunwa, OFR, and Prof. Poly Emenike, MON, along with top academics, lawmakers, and captains of industry.

Prof. Poly Emenike Celebrated at 70, Launches Seven New Books

At Harbor Point, Victoria Island, NEROS Pharmaceuticals and the family of Prof. Poly I. Emenike, MON (Odenigbo Nanka) hosted a grand celebration on November 29, 2025, marking his 70th birthday and the public presentation of seven new books he authored.
Among the titles are Nanka Tigers and Tigresses of Development, Wealth and Success Through the Law of Attraction, Igbo Apprenticeship (Nwaboi) System, and How to Be a Polymath.
Prof. Emenike has now authored 23 books in total.
Dignitaries present included Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, OFR, Senator Victor Umeh, and industry leaders from across Nigeria.
Chief Simeon Eyisi Marks 75 Years in Grand Style

Also on November 29, 2025, Chief (Sir) Simeon Eyisi, Founder and Executive Chairman of SIMS Nigeria Ltd — a major player in electronics manufacturing, distribution, and logistics — celebrated his 75th birthday with a Thanksgiving Mass in Ikoyi, followed by a reception at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Victoria Island.
High-profile guests included Peter Obi, CON, Dr. Chris Ngige, CON, Dr. Leo-Stan Ekeh, and Governor Alex Otti.

Prince Samuel Adedoyin Turns 90, Holds Quiet Celebration

On December 4, 2025, Prince Dr. Samuel Adedoyin, OFR, Founder of the Doyin Group and a revered NESH Titan, marked his 90th birthday with a modest private celebration following the death of an elderly relative.
Adedoyin, honoured by NESH in 2019, leads one of Nigeria’s most diverse conglomerates with interests spanning manufacturing, real estate, hospitality, energy, and distribution.
Although the Foundation was unable to attend the event, Mr. Ugwu-Oju reaffirmed NESH’s pride in Adedoyin’s contributions to national development.

In a statement signed by its Founder, Mr. Emeka Ugwu-Oju, NESH Foundation extended heartfelt wishes to all four entrepreneurs, praying for long life, continued success, and God’s enduring blessings.
