In a festive show of goodwill, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu donated 1,000 bags of 25 kg rice to Christians in Bauchi State on Saturday, December 27, 2025, for Christmas and New Year celebrations.
The donation will reach residents across all 20 local government areas, including members of the All Progressives Congress (APC), women and youth groups, various associations, and other vulnerable households.
CNNPF State Coordinator, Mr Ayuba Dogara, described the contribution as timely amid rising festive costs and praised the Tinubu administration for its inclusive and compassionate approach to governance.

Mr Istifanus Manasseh, APC Chairman of Bogoro Local Government Area, commended the leadership for responding to the needs of ordinary citizens, while beneficiaries expressed gratitude, calling the donation a symbol of care and encouragement during the festive season.
The initiative is part of the administration’s broader efforts under the Renewed Hope Agenda, aimed at supporting Nigerians regardless of background, and ensuring that festive season relief reaches those who need it most.
