FIFA Clears Arthur Okonkwo To Represent Nigeria After Nationality Switch Approval

World football governing body FIFA has officially approved goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo’s international nationality switch from England to Nigeria, clearing the way for the 24-year-old shot stopper to represent the Super Eagles at senior level.

The approval brings an end to months of anticipation surrounding the talented goalkeeper’s international future, as Nigeria continues efforts to strengthen its squad with dual-nationality players eligible to feature for the country.
