Anambra First Lady Hails Recovery Of Abused 10-Year-Old Boy

The wife of the Anambra State Governor, Mrs. Nonye Soludo, has expressed joy over the improving health of 10-year-old Chiziterem, a boy who was allegedly abused by his guardians and is currently receiving treatment under the care of the state government.

Chiziterem came into public attention after a video circulating on social media showed him with severe burns and other injuries reportedly inflicted by his guardians in Awada, Obosi, located in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State.

During a follow-up visit to the hospital, Mrs Soludo received updates from the medical team overseeing the boy’s treatment and was informed that his condition remains stable.

The visit marked her second time checking on the child since he was admitted for treatment.
