APC Group Applauds Eno’s 1.4km Road Project at Police HQ

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Media Network has commended the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Umo Eno, for inaugurating a 1.4-kilometre internal road at the Nigeria Police Headquarters, Ikot Akpan Abia, Uyo.

The group described the project as a clear demonstration of the governor’s governance priorities and commitment to strengthening security infrastructure in the state.

In a statement issued on Monday in Uyo and signed by its Director-General, Iniobong John, the APC Media Network said the intervention within a critical security facility underscored the administration’s focus on security efficiency and institutional effectiveness.

The group noted that the commissioning of the project, scheduled for Monday, December 15, 2025, further reflects the practical implementation of the governor’s ARISE Agenda, which it said is delivering tangible development across Akwa Ibom State.

According to the statement, the upgrade of the internal road network at the Police Headquarters would improve access, enhance operational efficiency and support the work of security personnel.
