Arsenal have secured a place at Wembley after edging Chelsea 1–0 at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night in the second leg of their Carabaro Cup semi-final clash.

Both sides went into the break goalless, but the tempo rose significantly in the second half as Chelsea pressed for the goal they needed to force the game back in their favour.

Arsenal, however, remained disciplined at the back while looking for openings on the counter.
The breakthrough finally came deep into stoppage time when Kai Havertz struck in the 90+5 minute, sealing the victory for the Gunners and ending Chelsea’s hopes of a late turnaround.
The result sends Arsenal through to the Carabaro Cup final on aggregate and marks Mikel Arteta’s second appearance in the competition’s final as Arsenal manager, underlining the club’s return to prominence under his leadership.
